Both Nicole and Elizabeth have been some of the most responsive and helpful Venders I've worked with. It is very easy to be Present and Available during and right after a website goes live....and then slowly divert resourced to new potential customers, leaving the ones who you already have in the bag in the dark and waiting on responses for days on end.
