Tia absolutely CRUSHES the competition! Her and the rest of the team move with speed and precision. In the time span of less than 1 hour, our old website was decommissioned and the new and improved version was up and running. Not only the website, but she was able to do everything needed to ensure that our new email domain was functioning as needed. To say the very least, the team at PSM has gone above and beyond to ensure that the new site and the transition were not only seamless but I enjoyed every conversation we've had. Every request I made during the design process was handled, in most cases, before the end of the business day or soon. I worked with Tia the most during this process and my enthusiasm is a direct reflection of her personal touch. That isn't to say that everyone else wasn't top-notch, in fact the whole team has blown my expectations out of the water!
